Your new role
As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, enhancing and supporting solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment. You’ll work across complex integrations, customisations, workflows and automations, ensuring platforms are reliable, secure and aligned to business needs.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver expert technical services across Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate and related Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Lead the planning, development and implementation of complex technical solutions and enhancements.
- Investigate and resolve specialised technical issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
- Support project delivery by building high‑quality, scalable D365 components and integrations.
- Analyse data and prepare documentation to support decision‑making and solution design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, providing updates, insights and technical recommendations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, including documentation, process uplift and adoption of new technologies.
- Share knowledge and mentor team members to build capability across the function.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong hands‑on experience developing in Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) and the Power Platform, including plugins, JavaScript, workflows, model‑driven apps and custom connectors.
Experience working with Azure services, APIs, and system integrations.
Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
A strong customer‑focused approach, ensuring solutions meet business needs and enhance end‑user experience.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work within project and operational timeframes.
Tertiary qualifications in ICT, Engineering, Software Development or equivalent experience.
Desirable: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or ITIL/service management frameworks.
