Your new role

• Deliver expert technical services across Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate and related Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Lead the planning, development and implementation of complex technical solutions and enhancements.
• Investigate and resolve specialised technical issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
• Support project delivery by building high‑quality, scalable D365 components and integrations.
• Analyse data and prepare documentation to support decision‑making and solution design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, providing updates, insights and technical recommendations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, including documentation, process uplift and adoption of new technologies.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members to build capability across the function.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong hands‑on experience developing in Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) and the Power Platform, including plugins, JavaScript, workflows, model‑driven apps and custom connectors.
• Experience working with Azure services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• A strong customer‑focused approach, ensuring solutions meet business needs and enhance end‑user experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work within project and operational timeframes.
• Tertiary qualifications in ICT, Engineering, Software Development or equivalent experience.
• Desirable: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or ITIL/service management frameworks.
