Your new role

As a Senior Consultant (Technical Lead), you will play a pivotal role in designing and leading the implementation of scalable data solutions. You’ll be responsible for shaping technical architectures, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of cloud platforms and modern data technologies, while also mentoring team members and contributing to strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the design and architecture of end-to-end data solutions across diverse client environments.
  • Acting as the primary technical liaison for client engagements, ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business goals.
  • Translating business needs into secure, scalable, and maintainable data models and architectures.
  • Recommending optimal technologies and platforms based on project requirements, including cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of data projects.
  • Reviewing technical outputs and providing quality assurance across solution components.
  • Supporting business development efforts through technical input on proposals and solution design.
  • Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance solution offerings.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Over 10 years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or solution design roles.
  • Proven expertise in building cloud-native data platforms, particularly on Azure or AWS.
  • Hands-on experience with modern data tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, Fabric, ADF, or DBT.
  • Strong grasp of data integration, warehousing, and analytics best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical outcomes.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent industry experience.
