Senior / Contract Administrator – Refurbishment & Fit-Out Projects – Tier 1

Your new role

As a Senior / Contract Administrator, you will play a key role across refurbishment and fit-out projects ranging from $10M to $40M, often delivered in live operational environments. You will be responsible for procurement, contract administration, forecasting, and commercial reporting—supporting the delivery team from early works through to project completion. This is an opportunity to work within a Tier 1 environment on high-profile, complex refurb projects while contributing to a strong, collaborative team.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing procurement and subcontractor packages
  • Administering head contract and subcontract agreements
  • Cost tracking, forecasting and commercial reporting
  • Managing variations, progress claims and contract negotiations
  • Supporting project teams on services-heavy, live-environment works
  • Ensuring compliance with Tier 1 systems and processes

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience as a Senior CA or strong CA within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder
  • Background in refurbishment, fit-out or services-driven projects
  • Experience working in live operational environments (commercial offices, healthcare, education, etc.)
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational abilities
  • A desire for long-term career progression within a major national builder
