• Extensive experience as a Regulatory Change Manager
• Experience implementing new policies, standards, and controls aligned with new regulatory requirements
• Experience designing change strategies for large transformational programs.
• Experience developing transformational change communications.
• Experience in organisational design, process improvement methodologies and people transition processes.
• Track record in managing and influencing relationships at a senior level in the organisation.
• Strong consulting and group facilitation skills.
