An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Change Analyst to support a major transformation program. You will play a key role in delivering effective change, communication, and engagement activities to ensure successful adoption across the organisation.
Your new role
As the Senior Change Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting delivery of the change and engagement workstream. You will work closely with project and business stakeholders to ensure communication, planning, and adoption activities are executed effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining the stakeholder communications and engagement plan
- Supporting project and change planning, including sprint planning and task management using Excel and MS Planner
- Preparing a wide range of communication materials, including:
- PowerPoint presentations
- Email content
- Intranet updates
- Supporting video development (highly regarded)
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years of total work experience
- Background in IT project environments, communications, project coordination, or event management
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills
- Ability to produce high‑quality written and visual communications
- Ability to obtain baseline security clearance
- You must be able to work 3 days a week on site in Southern Sydney.
