Hays is partnering with a leading Western Australian university to recruit an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major Rostering & Scheduling (R&S) transformation program. This contract role will play a critical part in shaping new business processes and defining integration requirements across HR and payroll systems.
Your new role
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will work closely with Change Consultants, HR/Payroll SMEs, technology teams, architects, and vendor partners to ensure the successful implementation of a new SaaS‑based rostering, scheduling, and timesheeting solution.
Key responsibilitiesWhat you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large HR or workforce programs. Strong background in Rostering & Scheduling, workforce management, or HR systems
Demonstrated capability in business process re‑engineering
Experience defining integration requirements, ideally across HR/Payroll platforms
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Experience supporting testing and implementation activities
University or large, complex organisational experience is highly regarded.
