Your new role and what you'll need to succeed

  • The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in leading the analysis and optimisation of business systems, processes, and workflows to improve organisational performance and drive operational efficiency.
  • Minimum of 10 years' demonstrable experience in information technology working with senior decision makers, successfully identifying opportunities for process improvement and problem resolution utilising information technology and digital solutions. Proven experience analysing the design of technical systems and business models, and utilising IT data for business insights.
  • Extensive experience working on complex projects within government organisations or emergency services.
