Join a top 120 ASX listed national integrated services organisation undergoing large scale transformations across the business, seeking a Business Analyst/Functional Solution Designer to support the design and implementation of a Procurement solution leveraging the Felix platform. This role is focused on capturing and analysing business requirements for procurement tools. You'll work closely with procurement stakeholders to enhance and upgrade an existing Felix implementation.

Your new role

• Engage with procurement stakeholders to capture detailed requirements for procurement systems.
• Focus on functional design and solution architecture, ensuring seamless alignment with Felix’s capabilities.
• Translate business needs into actionable configurations and enhancements within Felix.
• Support the optimisation of tendering and market engagement processes within the Felix platform.
• Ensure compliance and governance standards are met while enabling efficient supplier interactions.
• Provide insights on vendor management and procurement platform enhancements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Solution Designer in procurement technology.
• Expertise in procurement tools such as Felix, Coupa, SAP Ariba, or similar platforms.
• Ability to effectively translate procurement requirements into functional solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working with procurement teams.
• A keen understanding of sourcing approaches, including open tenders, invited tenders, and direct sourcing.
• Experience with Felix or similar procurement/vendor management platforms is highly desirable.
