Your new role

As Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering requirements from the key business stakeholders, workshopping and developing design specifications for system upgrades to align reporting requirements with government standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within a large Technology program in an Aged Care organisation.

• Previous experience managing developers' workloads within a project environment.

• Knowledge of Aged Care regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
