Your new role

In this Senior Business Analyst role, you’ll be at the heart of key business initiatives—particularly those involving customer data migration and platform transitions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to uncover the real business needs behind each project, translating them into clear, actionable requirements. Your day-to-day will include documenting current and future state processes, defining both functional and non-functional requirements, and supporting testing and validation efforts. If you’ve worked on separation or divestment programs, your experience will be highly valued here.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong background in business-focused analysis, ideally within the telecom sector. Experience with customer data integration and migration is essential, along with a solid grasp of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. You’ll need to be confident in documenting processes using BPMN2.0, and comfortable leading workshops and engaging with stakeholders. A sharp business mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to the customer will set you apart.
