Your new role

As the Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in a major internal project focused on improving the management of current processes. You will assess current practices, define future‑state processes, facilitate workshops and work with stakeholders.

You will join a supportive team and contribute to work that directly improves organisational standards.

You will be responsible for:

• Mapping As‑Is and To‑Be business processes
• Capturing and documenting business requirements
• Guiding a Business Analyst
• Identifying gaps and recommending solutions
• Leading to stakeholder engagement
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• MUST have strong workshop facilitation experience
• Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering capability
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to deliver high‑quality documentation
