Your new role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting delivery across complex programs of work. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams to understand requirements, analyse solutions, and drive improvements across processes and systems.

You will be responsible for documenting both current and future state processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation, and ensuring delivery outcomes align with business objectives.

This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, the ability to simplify complex information, and a consultative approach to solving business problems.
Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
• Develop detailed process maps (as-is and to-be) and identify improvement opportunities
• Create user stories and support delivery across Agile and hybrid environments
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define solutions
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and outcomes
• Act as the key interface between stakeholders and delivery teams
• Support risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution
• Contribute to delivery planning, stand-ups, and project rituals

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex delivery environments
• Strong experience in process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver clear, actionable insights

Desirable Experience

• Background within financial services or enterprise environments
• Knowledge of Lean, Agile, or BABOK frameworks
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs
