We’re seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support a major website enhancement project within a leading financial services organisation undergoing digital transformation.

Your new role

You’ll collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and digital teams to define requirements, review website audit results, and identify opportunities for improvement. The role involves coordinating content and wording updates, ensuring stakeholder approval, and supporting the delivery of an enhanced online experience.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital or web delivery

• Solid understanding of CMS platforms, website delivery, and customer experience optimisation

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories

• Experience working in Agile environments
