Senior Business Analyst – Investment / Data/ Financial Platforms

Your new role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering complex change initiatives across enterprise platforms, data programs and regulatory requirements. Working closely with senior stakeholders across finance, operations and technology, you’ll own requirements end‑to‑end, from discovery and analysis through to UAT and delivery support.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working in ambiguous, data‑heavy environments and can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions at an enterprise level.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst within large, complex organisations
  • Strong background delivering change across data platforms, core systems and digital programs
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across commercial, operational and technology functions
  • End‑to‑end requirements management experience, including discovery, process mapping, solution definition and testing support
  • Experience in asset‑based services, investment platforms, superannuation, funds administration or similarly regulated environments is highly regarded.
  • Comfortable working across multiple workstreams with shifting priorities
