Hays has partnered with a well-known Not-For Profit organisation to hire 3x experienced Senior BI Developers to work on a 3-month day-rate contract.

Your new role

We are seeking a technically strong, delivery-focused BI Developer to join a collaborative team working on a high-impact data project. This is a short-term contract with the potential for extension and growth, ideal for someone who enjoys building data models, solving real business challenges, and working in a supportive environment. You will be responsible for the following:

• Collaborating with the team to translate requirements into Power BI solutions
• Building out a data framework using MS Fabric and assets from the data warehouse
• Participating in workshops, team meetings, and technical reviews
• Navigating data quality challenges and helping shape reporting outcomes

What you'll need to succeed

• Solid experience developing solutions in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric

• Ability to build and optimise data models

• Comfortable working independently and liaising with technical stakeholders

• Strong technical skills

What you'll get in return

This role is Brisbane-based and will require developers to come into the office every Wednesday. Quick/immediate start is preferred.
