Your new role
As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with Project Architects, clients, and consultants, you will lead design development, coordinate documentation, and contribute to project success across all phases. You will also have the opportunity to step into project leadership responsibilities, managing teams and ensuring quality outcomes aligned with programme, budget, and design intent.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality architectural designs and detailed documentation
  • Produce accurate drawings aligned with established standards
  • Contribute to design concepts and ensure integrity throughout project stages
  • Prepare design presentations and communicate ideas effectively
  • Liaise with clients and external consultants to support project delivery
  • Apply Australian codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Undertake partial or full project documentation as required
  • Support project architects in managing workflows and deliverables
  • Assist in establishing project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate team activities and oversee documentation quality
  • Monitor budgets and support on-time project delivery
  • Contribute to client reporting and relationship management

What you'll need to succeed
  • Degree qualification in Architecture or related discipline
  • Demonstrated professional experience in architectural design and documentation
  • Experience working on multi-residential/high rise residential projects
  • Strong BIM/CAD capability (Revit essential)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.pdf
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving ability
