Your new role
Provide financial advice and guidance to Program Directors, managers, and stakeholders.
Prepare periodic and ad hoc financial statements, management reports, FTE reporting, and acquittals.
Manage General Ledger activities, reconciliations, and cash management processes.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across program areas.
Monitor budget performance and partner with stakeholders to address variances.
Contribute to the development of business cases and funding submissions.
Oversee asset management processes including acquisitions, disposals, and reconciliations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems, processes, and reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong experience in financial accounting, reporting, and business partnering.
Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Experience with GL management, reconciliations, and financial controls.
Solid understanding of financial governance, legislation, and compliance frameworks.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and advise.
Ability to interpret financial data and provide commercial insights and recommendations.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
