One of Australia’s largest ASX-listed top blue-chip client that operates in Australia, New Zealand, and five Asian countries. Looking to hire a Security Specialist for an initial 6-month contract. Open to Melbourne and Sydney.
Your new role
Your role will focus on working with internal teams to enhance the understanding and effective use of Security Services Products. You’ll also be responsible to:
Manage daily operations and contribute to project initiatives.
Participate in on-call support for Security Services incidents.
Automate security tasks and incident responses to boost efficiency.
Apply Infrastructure as Code and pipeline management practices.
Continuously improve service delivery and customer experience.
Monitor and resolve issues across Security Services platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise product usage.
Support product roadmaps and contribute to cybersecurity goals.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong interest in emerging technologies will be key to your success in this role. You’ll also need:
Experience in enterprise IT operations or service delivery
Familiarity with key technologies is a plus, including: Checkpoint, Netskope, CrowdStrike, CSC, Akamai, Legacy Systems Protection, Scripting/Coding.
Hands-on experience or working knowledge of AWS, networking, and cloud platforms
Cybersecurity certifications like CISSP, SANS, or ISACA
Relevant certifications in Netskope, Checkpoint, CrowdStrike, DNS providers
