Your new role

As a Scrum Master you will -

• Provide leadership and coaching in agile ways of working
• Lead the team and help them deliver at a sustainable pace and towards prioritised release goals
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
• Utilise Jira and Confluence to manage project boards and document progress
• Manage risk and issues, actively escalate and help resolve team impediments

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within Financial Services
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Experience working on a sustainability/ environmental project would be beneficial
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
