Your new role

  • Ability to manage the BAU work around integration and operational processes for the program as a Scrum Lead.
  • Able to work closely with technical teams and stakeholders across different countries.
  • Understand the organisation's process / workflow operations. Needs someone who is influential and has the ability to work with onshore and offshore teams.
  • Understanding of governance, frameworks and bringing agile delivery together.
  • Extensive experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Have excellent communication skills, to work with senior executives.
