Please note that this role is entirely on-site, with no remote work options available. The successful candidate will be required to work from the office five days per week.

What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a scheduling or similar role, ideally within Community Services
Proficiency with scheduling systems and software
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
