SAP Reporting Analyst 13 month contract with Local Gov

Our client is a local council looking to bring on a SAP Reporting Analyst for an initial 13 month contract with possible extension.


Your new role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Reporting Analyst to support the detailed design and delivery of ERP reporting and analytics solutions as part of our SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role requires a strong background in data warehousing, business intelligence, and SAP reporting technologies such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, and S/4HANA Core Data Services (CDS).
The successful candidate will work closely with the ERP Reporting and Analytics Lead, business subject matter experts, and system integrator teams to deliver functional and technical designs for analytics solutions. The role includes attending workshops, performing assessments of reporting requirements, and delivering functional specifications to support both compliance and custom reporting needs.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) report development and dashboard design.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, or related SAP data warehousing platforms.
  • Strong experience with S/4HANA CDS views, ABAP Core Data Services, and virtual data models.
  • Understanding of ERP business processes and reporting across Finance, Procurement, HR, Projects, and Asset Management.
  • Ability to write and review functional and technical specifications
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
