Your new role

• Leading portfolio-level reporting and performance monitoring across the program
• Driving risk management and mitigation strategies
• Developing and maintaining portfolio strategy and governance frameworks
• Ensuring consistent and timely reporting across all workstreams
• Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders to ensure program transparency and accountability

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager on large-scale SAP S/4HANA upgrade programs (ECC to S/4HANA)

• Exceptional portfolio reporting skills with a track record of driving performance and visibility

• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities across senior levels

• Demonstrated ability to manage risk, develop strategy, and monitor delivery outcomes

• Experience in financial services is advantageous but not essential

• Availability to work from the Sydney CBD office 2 days per week
