Your New Role
As the SAP S/4HANA Change Analyst (People), you will support the delivery of change management activities for the SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll implementations within the Modern ERP Program. Reporting to the Business Readiness Lead (People), you will work closely with HR, Payroll, Project Managers and business stakeholders to ensure employees are supported through this significant people and payroll transformation.
This role focuses on executing change initiatives that enable effective adoption of new systems and processes. You will contribute to stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communication and training coordination, and business readiness activities across the program lifecycle. The role suits a highly project‑minded change professional with strong customer‑facing capability, experience across large‑scale people and payroll transformations, and a strong service delivery focus.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Change Analyst or similar role within large-scale change, HR transformation, or ERP programs
Experience supporting HR and/or Payroll system implementations, ideally across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or SAP S/4HANA environments
Strong understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness strategies
Experience working with structured change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop effective change materials, reports, and stakeholder communications
Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies
High emotional intelligence (EQ), enabling you to manage complex stakeholder environments, resistance, and expectations
Proven ability to collaborate across business, technical, and virtual teams in a dynamic program setting

Desirable experience includes:

SAP Activate methodology experience, including fit‑to‑standard workshops
Experience working on large SAP S/4HANA programs within government environments
Exposure to SAP Payroll and/or Fieldglass
Formal certification in Change Management
