Your new role
The client is looking for a Salesforce Delivery Manager (or senior Salesforce Product Owner) to lead a 12‑month program of work focused on transitioning a client from an on‑premise Salesforce instances to the Salesforce Cloud Platform.
Accountabilities
- Lead the transition of Salesforce from an on‑premise environment to the Salesforce Cloud Platform.
- Manage and coordinate regular Salesforce deployments across both on‑premise and cloud environments.
- Ensure deployment governance, quality assurance, and compliance with release processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders.
- Own and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap and release plan.
- Balance project delivery with BAU demands, ensuring operational continuity.
- Implement and maintain delivery governance frameworks and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement across development, release, and support processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a
Salesforce Delivery Manager
or
Senior Product Owner. - Hands‑on experience leading the transition from
On‑premise Salesforce to Salesforce Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and deployment methodologies.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi‑phase Salesforce projects.
- Experience coordinating regular deployments in both cloud and on‑premise Salesforce environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior executive reporting.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and balancing BAU with project delivery.
- Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and governance capabilities.
