Your new role


The client is looking for a Salesforce Delivery Manager (or senior Salesforce Product Owner) to lead a 12‑month program of work focused on transitioning a client from an on‑premise Salesforce instances to the Salesforce Cloud Platform.


Accountabilities


  • Lead the transition of Salesforce from an on‑premise environment to the Salesforce Cloud Platform.
  • Manage and coordinate regular Salesforce deployments across both on‑premise and cloud environments.
  • Ensure deployment governance, quality assurance, and compliance with release processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders.
  • Own and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap and release plan.
  • Balance project delivery with BAU demands, ensuring operational continuity.
  • Implement and maintain delivery governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement across development, release, and support processes.


What you'll need to succeed


  • Proven experience as a
    Salesforce Delivery Manager
    or
    Senior Product Owner.
  • Hands‑on experience leading the transition from
    On‑premise Salesforce to Salesforce Cloud Platform.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and deployment methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi‑phase Salesforce projects.
  • Experience coordinating regular deployments in both cloud and on‑premise Salesforce environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior executive reporting.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and balancing BAU with project delivery.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and governance capabilities.
