What you'll need to succeed

• Prior experience leading teams within a telesales environment
• High proficiency across Microsoft and Google Suite applications
• Strong numerical ability and confidence interpreting policy details and comparisons
• Experience generating and analysing sales reports
• Demonstrated capability in managing frontline staff performance
• Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills
• The ability to make decisions under pressure and manage competing priorities
