We’re looking for an experienced Direct Sales Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you’ll inspire and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and achievement. Your ability to motivate and drive results will be key to success. You’ll also act as a key liaison for direct leads, as well as support other departments with ongoing initiatives and campaigns.

Your new role
- Lead and Support the Sales Team:
- Provide finance quotes to existing and new customers
- Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Manage escalations and ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints
- Compile and deliver monthly reports to the Direct Sales Manager
- Deliver ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring
- Monitor call quality and drive continuous improvement
- Build team engagement and foster a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with internal departments to strengthen working relationships
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in Direct Sales with a high level of Customer Service.
- Leadership experience, with strong coaching and mentoring skills
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to inspire others
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
