Permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced sales administrator with knowledge of the import industry

Based in Dandenong South, our client is seeking a passionate Sales Administrator to join their established and high-performing team. Your new role

  • Order Management: Oversee the complete order lifecycle, including processing, invoicing, and issuing order acknowledgements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Logistics Coordination:Collaborate with warehouse personnel to guarantee prompt and efficient deliveries.
  • Procurement Support:Coordinate purchasing activities to meet customer demands while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Quality Assurance:Adhere to established quality procedures, standards, and specifications to deliver exceptional service.
  • Documentation & Compliance:Maintain accurate records and controls to support smooth business operations and audit readiness.
  • Customer Satisfaction:Provide outstanding support and proactive problem-solving to enhance customer experience.
  • Administrative Efficiency:Utilise Microsoft Office tools to streamline daily administrative tasks and reporting.
  • ERP Systems:Experience with SAP B1 or SAP ERP is advantageous but not mandatory.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Knowledge of the global supply industry (import specifically) is advantageous.

  • Experience utilising SAP or similar ERP systems

  • Ability to troubleshoot challenges and liaise with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes

  • Highly organised and a self-starter

  • High attention to detail
