Your new role

You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of accounts, providing a consistently high level of customer service and exceeding the expectations of the clients.

Managing their billing, engagement, account queries, and related needs, this role combines technical expertise with strong customer success to ensure operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in Client Engagement/ Customer Service/ Account Coordinator/ Sales Support role

• An understanding of IT Services & Technology

• Exposure to the Healthcare industry is a plus

• A track record of consistently meeting expectations and high performance

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
