Your new role
This role serves as the primary liaison for assigned Area Sales Managers, overseeing all aspects of project quotations, client orders, and special requests within defined territories. It involves maintaining accurate data within CRM and ERP systems from project initiation and managing multiple projects concurrently to meet deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating project timelines and cross-functional input to ensure smooth execution.
Supporting the Sales Team in preparing competitive bids and tenders that align with client requirements.
Sourcing third-party pricing when needed.
Preparing detailed quote packs using internal systems and Microsoft Office tools, ensuring accuracy in costings and sales data.
Processing client orders through to production and sending confirmations.
Issuing prepayment invoices as per policy and handing over installation projects with complete documentation to the delivery team.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring proven experience in a sales support environment, with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. You're confident in assembling accurate quotes, possess sharp numerical skills, and show strong attention to detail.
You're also an exceptional communicator-both written and verbal-and a collaborative team player who’s highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment. At the same time, you're self-motivated and capable of independently managing your own workload with initiative and efficiency.
Experience in the construction industry or in commercial product sales is highly regarded.
