Your new role
As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you will actively promote, sell, and quote to customers via instore, online, phone, and email channels.
- Utilise your sales skills and product knowledge to captivate customers in the showroom and through various channels (online, instore, phone, email).
- Deliver high-level customer service, providing accurate information and maintaining a thorough understanding of the finance application process.
- Promptly and accurately follow up on quotes and sales enquiries.
- Manage phone sales and respond to sales emails and enquiries with efficiency.
- Assist with post-sales enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at home shows and events as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve KPI's and targets.
- Ability to follow process and system best practices.
- Friendly, helpful, and able to make customers feel informed and valued.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
- Consistently deliver high-level customer service.
- Excellent phone manner.
What you'll get in return
- Competitive base salary of $70,000 plus uncapped commission, with realistic earnings between $100k - $120k + super
- Must be available to work Thursday through to Sunday (8.30am-5pm and 9.30am-4pm on Sunday)
