Your new company

Join a family-owned, national-scale wholesaler and manufacturer with over 20 years of experience, specialising in premium Halal meats and small goods. You’ll be part of a culture-first team known for consistent, on-time delivery to major grocery chains like Coles, Woolworths, Costco, plus independents, foodservice, butchers and QSR. The business operates state-of-the-art manufacturing plants in Sydney, combining strong domestic presence with global commitment to quality.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Driving new revenue via outbound and inbound leads
  • Business development and account management with grocery, independents, butchers, QSR, and foodservice channels
  • Conducting face-to-face meetings (field-based with weekly office catch-up)
  • Flexibly managing Sydney territory.
  • Meeting monthly sales targets and expanding market reach

What you'll need to succeed

  • FMCG, retail, or foodservice sales experience (meat/small goods a bonus not requirement)
  • Proven track record in new business development and account management
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting client relationships
  • Strong self-drive with the ability to work autonomously
  • Valid driving licence and comfort using a company vehicle
