Your new role

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and industrial sectors.

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors to build lasting partnerships.

  • Drive sales growth

  • Provide expert consultation to clients, ensuring they select the right equipment to meet their specific needs.

  • Negotiate and finalise contracts, securing deals that align with business objectives and sales targets.

  • Deliver engaging equipment demonstrations, educating customers on key features and benefits to enhance product understanding.

  • Stay ahead of market trends by monitoring industry developments and competitor activities.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and after-sales support, to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within construction equipment, industrial machinery, or related industries.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • A motivated and goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
