Their high-achieving Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) team plays a crucial role in accelerating their advertising business growth. They collaborate with business leaders in strategising, revenue forecasting, formulating sales & client incentive policies, enhancing operational efficiency in tooling and sales processes, and fostering productive partnerships across internal teams.
Your new role
- Act as primary support for sales teams, offering immediate assistance and problem-solving for daily issues
- Develop guidelines and conduct training for the sales team
- Establish and track Helpdesk performance metrics
- Collaborate with Sales teams and CRM teams to create efficient CRM-related and business workflows
- Keep abreast with new CRM product launches and features and ensure the sales team is well-informed
- Propose improvements to the sales process based on insights from Helpdesk data
- Regularly spearhead standardisation projects for processes across META and APAC markets
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations in the IT/Digital industry
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Practical experience with CRM systems in the B2B IT/Digital industry is a must;
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint (Knowledge of BI systems is a plus;)
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities;
