Exciting opportunity to work for our State Government client as a Sales Officer on a three-month temporary contract.

Your new role

As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in supporting land sales operations by processing Contracts of Sale and variations, maintaining accurate lot status and pricing in clarity, and liaising with internal teams and external agents to meet project sales targets. You’ll also provide relief support during peak periods and leave coverage

What you'll need to succeed

• Knowledge of real estate agency functions and marketing principles
• Understanding of contract law and real estate sales processes
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic signing platforms (e.g. DocuSign)
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities
• A Sales Agent Licence is desirable
