Your new role

As the Account/Sales manager, you will oversee sales of quarry materials, sand and landscaping products, and ready-mix concrete across existing and future sites throughout North Queensland.

Your main objectives and responsibilities for the role are:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts to provide exceptional service
• Actively seek new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Understanding clients' needs and project requirements, providing tailored solutions
• Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong focus on results and revenue growth
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in account management or sales within the construction or related industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
