Your new role

As a Regional Sales Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of driving sales growth and expanding market share within your assigned region. You’ll identify new business opportunities, support existing customers, and deliver tailored automation solutions that solve complex technical challenges. This role combines strategic sales planning with hands-on technical engagement, allowing you to act as a trusted advisor to clients while working closely with a dynamic sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies
  • Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
  • Providing high-quality technical solutions
  • Engaging with clients through digital and face-to-face channels
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction

What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics) or Business, or equivalent industry experience
  • 1–5 years of technical sales experience, ideally in industrial automation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts
  • A passion for technology and a drive to exceed sales targets
