They are specialised wholesalers, and their focus is on delivering exceptional customer service to all their distributors. They strongly believe in teamwork and dedication, which is evident in long-standing staff.
Your new role
As a sales and customer service representative, your day-to-day tasks will include handling all incoming calls and email enquires on sales and provide order confirmation and pricing enquires to distributors. You will play a vital role in providing technical support to distributors. You will have proven experience in working in collaboration with other sales team & Sales Director and maintain high professionalism.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 1 year sales and customer service experience.
- Good computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure and in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well presented, friendly and efficient.
- Must have a car
- Takes ownership and accountability
What you'll get in return
Full time permanent position 8:00 – 5:00

Offering $60K - $65K to the deserving candidate.
