Your new role

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Follow up on leads and enquiries
• Collaborate with marketing and IT teams
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and organisation
• Attend promotional events and home shows
• Process quotes, orders, and payments accurately
• Handle post-sales enquiries professionally

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven sales experience, ideally in high-end furniture, bedding, or technical products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in Outlook and office software
• Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven
• Honest and transparent communicator with a respectful approach
• Organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented
