The Sales division focusses on residential off-plan housing sales within the company’s owned precinct. With over 300 employees in Canberra, this business is firmly focused on developing a strong culture that is centred around its workforce.
Your new role
You will be a residential property professional with the necessary skills to administer residential purchases (land and property). Working in a wider sales team, you will be expected to prospect market opportunities and customer enquiries. Day to day, you can expect duties encompassing the following;
Following up on leads and attending to customers when they arrive at the sales suite
Generating sales reports
Log all lead information on the internal CRM and follow up to ensure team members are updated
Updating sales boards and collateral
Build strong partnerships with internal & external stakeholders (including legal firms, builders
Work closely with the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager
Strong delivery of customer service and overall service delivery
Processing contract sales for purchases and residents
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a high-energy, collaborative team player and be passionate about sales. Working with a diverse range of personalities, engaging with customers and essential key stakeholders. Intrinsic qualities are below:
Exposure to working in a high-paced customer service environment
Exposure to land/property sales
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook suite
Professional and well-presented image
Proficient in SalesForce or a similar Customer Relationship Management Platform
Ability to work Wednesday-Sunday
