Your new role
Representing the calibration arm of the business, you will be tasked with the overall growth of sales within the QLD and NT regions of Australia. You will champion strategic and sustainable growth of sales through strategic key accounts management and the generation of new business pipelines. Your roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Strategic growth planning including development of go-to-market strategies, programs and countermeasure plans to achieve overall revenue targets and market share goals.What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant should ideally come with:
• Proven sales track record and ability to successfully demonstrate and sell equipment at a technical level
• Channel management experience working in a similar industry field sales role.
• Proven track record of progressive leadership experience in a technical/industrial environment.
• Analytical and data-driven problem solver.
• Ability to build strong high-level executive and peer relationships.
• Excellent business acumen and technical/engineering knowledge; experience in a similar industry desired.
• Influence to make an impact; convinces and persuades others; promotes plans and ideas successfully.
• Strong networking skills in order to foster the right relationships to drive business forward.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully balance the achievement of short-term objectives (quarterly orders/sales objectives, expense management, etc.) with longer-term strategic and policy deployment goals.
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a base salary of $100k - $125k + super, medical allowances, $25k car allowance and commissions up to $25k per annum.
