Your new role

As a Sales and Client Relationship Representative, your focus will be on managing, maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, with a strong emphasis on account development rather than cold calling.
You’ll work closely with customers in mining and emergency services environments, strengthening partnerships, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. The role is highly relationship-driven and includes regular site visits, national travel, trade shows, conferences and mining rescue competitions.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing an established national customer base and growing existing accounts
  • Building trusted relationships through regular site visits and ongoing engagement
  • Representing the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, conferences and mining competitions
  • Coordinating travel to mine sites, including remote locations across Australia
  • Preparing professional quotations for new and existing customers
  • Working closely with business development, production, technical and pre-production teams
  • Providing market and customer feedback to support product enhancement and growth
  • Developing and maintaining an efficient customer call cycle
  • Actively demonstrating the company’s core values in all interactions
Most of the role is focused on Western Australia, supported by a wider national sales team. This is a field-based role with regular time on the road.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally but not mandatory, servicing mining, industrial or safety-focused customers
  • A strong relationship-first approach to sales
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels on mine sites
  • Excellent communication, numeracy and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • A proactive, driven and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with internal teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of OH&S and safe work practices
  • Valid driving licence and National Police Clearance
Product knowledge can be learnt — relationship skills, professionalism and genuine interest in safety are essential.
