Known for high-end design and innovation, this organisation offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator with an interest in property and sales.
Your new role
You’ll be responsible for providing day-to-day sales administration support across a large residential development. This is a full-time temp role for an initial 4-week period, with a strong potential to transition into a permanent position.
Supporting the sales team and managing client enquiries
Preparing and processing contracts and related documentation
Coordinating property valuations and justifying pricing to valuers
Maintaining client records and data entry in CRM systems
Assisting with marketing collateral such as brochures and signage
General administration and office support during busy periods
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in property, real estate, or sales support preferred
Confident communicator – able to liaise with valuers, clients, and internal teams
Proactive and adaptable – comfortable jumping into a fast-paced environment
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Mid-level administration experience (senior applicants also welcome)
Available to start immediately and hit the ground running
What you'll get in return

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 + super (depending on experience) if made permanent
