Rostering Partner – 6-Week Contract (ASAP Start)
Organisation: Aged Care
Location: Remote (North Sydney HQ)
Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $43.50ph + Super
Duration: 6 weeks (potential extension)


We’re seeking an experienced Rosterer to join a fast-paced team supporting nearly 4,000 staff across 29 homes.


What You’ll Do
  • Manage high-volume rostering for a large workforce using UKG or Kronos.
  • Forward planning and real-time adjustments to fill roles quickly.
  • Collaborate across regions to support each other during peak demand.


About You
  • Proven experience in high-volume rostering environments.
  • Previous experience in rostering roles for aged care or healthcare industries, or similar industries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with UKG or Kronos systems will be highly regarded.
  • Flexible and team-oriented, ready to assist other regions when needed.


Key Details
  • Start ASAP.
  • Must be available to work through the Christmas period (excluding public holidays).
  • Working Monday to Friday, 12 PM – 8 PM shift.
  • Potential for extension beyond 6 weeks.
