Workforce Planner | Local Government | Sydney East | 4–6 months | $50-$55ph + Super


We are seeking a skilled Workforce Planner with experience in local government to join our team in the Sydney Eastern Suburbs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce planning, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective workforce strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement workforce plans and strategies
  • Analyse workforce data and trends
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure workforce needs are met
  • Provide recommendations for workforce optimisation

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in workforce planning within local government or similar environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
