We are seeking a skilled Workforce Planner with experience in local government to join our team in the Sydney Eastern Suburbs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce planning, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective workforce strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workforce plans and strategies
- Analyse workforce data and trends
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure workforce needs are met
- Provide recommendations for workforce optimisation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in workforce planning within local government or similar environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
