As the RACM , you will play a key role in ensuring optimal rostering and aligning all legislative requirements. Combining analytical expertise with operational oversight to drive, monitor and evaluate roster compliance and efficiency.
Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Roster Management and Compliance
Strategic Planning and Forecasting
Workforce Optimisation
Leadership and Supervision for 3 Direct Reports
Collaboration and Reporting
To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and qualities:
Proficient in payroll systems, data analysis and administrative database functions.
Experience leading small teams with a focus on accuracy and customer service.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office, experience with MIRUS and Care System would be advantageous.
Qualifications in commerce accounting or a related
field will be advantageous.
