A Rock Tools Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient underground drilling operations, working both in the workshop and underground. Key responsibilities include:

• Retrieving worn and damaged rock tools from drill sites
• Safely transporting drilling consumables, such as drill bits and drill steels, to various underground drill rigs
• Optimizing rock drilling processes to minimize downtime and enhance productivity This position is essential in ensuring seamless and effective mining operations.

What you'll need to succeed

• To be successful for this role, you must be residing in Stawell, VIC
• Manual Driver's License: Essential for transporting materials.
• Medical Clearance: Ability to pass a full functional medical.
• Background Check: Hays police check required.
• Experience: Previous labouring experience is a must
