Remediation Support Centre Role

About the Role:
Join a leading Big 4 Bank as a Remediation Support Centre Specialist. This role is based in the vibrant Parramatta Square and offers a hybrid working arrangement. We are seeking a dedicated professional with RG146 certification to manage and resolve Wealth Advice Remediation Matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls related to Wealth Advice Remediation Matters.
- Identify customer needs, provide first point resolution where possible, or escalate as required.
- Research customer queries and deliver timely, customer-centric solutions.
- Maintain records of all customer correspondence and supporting documentation
- Investigate, case manage, and resolve Deceased Estate cases, including locating relevant documentation, corresponding with beneficiaries/executors, and processing payments.
- Record and request payment re-issues and log unclaimed monies tasks.
Requirements:
- RG146 certification is a must.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with contact centre experience
- Ability to manage and resolve complex cases.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and SharePoint.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
