Join a leading Big 4 Bank as a Remediation Support Centre Specialist on a 3-month contract. This role is based in the vibrant Parramatta Square and offers a hybrid working arrangement. We are seeking a dedicated professional with RG146 certification to manage and solve Wealth Advice Remediation Matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls related to Wealth Advice Remediation Matters.
• Identify customer needs, provide first point resolution where possible, or escalate as required.
• Research customer queries and deliver timely, customer-centric solutions.
• Maintain records of all customer correspondence and supporting documentation
• Investigate, case manage, and resolve deceased estate cases, including locating relevant documentation, corresponding with beneficiaries/executors, and processing payments.
• Record and request payment re-issues and log unclaimed money tasks.

Requirements:

• RG146 certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with contact centre experience
• Ability to manage and resolve complex cases.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and SharePoint.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
