  • Competitive hourly rate of $37.13 plus super

Your new role

As a Remediation Advisor in the Customer Identity Management (CIM) team, you’ll be the first point of contact for individual customers, assisting with KYC and compliance documentation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer profiles meet regulatory standards and support AML/CTF obligations.

  • Handle up to 45 inbound calls daily, with occasional outbound follow-ups
  • Assist customers with KYC updates, including verifying IDs, TFNs, Source of Wealth and Income documents
  • Apply Customer Identification Procedures (ACIP) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver empathetic, efficient service
  • Work within structured processes and time-sensitive targets

What you'll need to succeed

  • Must be eligible to work 37.5 hours per week with unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Previous contact centre experience is essential, ideally in banking or financial services.
  • Strong attention to detail, resilience, and adaptability
  • Ability to authenticate customers and assess compliance
  • Professional phone manner and clear communication skills
  • Dual monitor setup required for hybrid work arrangements
  • Familiarity with Austrac and KYC requirements is advantageous.
